Who we are

A brokerage built around fewer surprises.

Logistica Customs Brokerage is able to provide the most reliable and efficient service available — with a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of U.S. Customs, USDA and FDA laws and regulations.

We are dedicated to fulfilling the logistical needs of our clients. From maquila support in El Paso to perishable distribution in the Rio Grande Valley, every facility, every program and every classification decision is built around one outcome: your merchandise, in the right place, at the right time.

What we do

What is logistics, anyway?

Logistics is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, cost-effective flow and storage of raw materials, in-process inventory, finished goods and related information — from point of origin to point of consumption — for the purpose of meeting customer requirements.

Customs brokerage is the part of that chain where regulatory expertise becomes the limiting factor. It's our part. We handle classification, in-bond moves, ABI reports, FDA and USDA filings, ocean clearance and freight forwarding so the rest of your supply chain can keep moving.

Founder · Licensed U.S. Customs Broker since 1992

Federico E. Felhaber

Federico founded Logistica with one conviction: that customs work is a service business, not a paperwork business. Twenty-five years on, that conviction still shapes how the firm operates — clients should never be the ones chasing answers, calculating duties, or wondering whether their merchandise will clear.

Today Federico continues to lead the team across all three facilities, with a focus on compliance, classification, and the relationships that make cross-border trade move.

How we work

Four things we promise, every shipment.

01

Up-to-date knowledge

U.S. Customs, USDA, FDA — we track the changes so you don't have to react to them after the fact.

02

Constant monitoring

Online tracking, A.B.I reports and quality-control inspections on every shipment, every step.

03

Custom programs

Compliance programs for 9801, reconciliation, in-bond processing — built around the way you actually ship.

04

One point of contact

Three facilities, one team. You get a single name and number that owns your shipments end to end.

Ready when you are

Let's clear your next shipment.

Tell us about what you're moving. We'll come back with a clean, written plan — usually within one business day.
