Felhaber, a licensed US Customs broker since 1992, with 15 years experience in the Customs Brokerage field. Our 21st century EDI (Electronic Data Management) system and web tracking gives the client real time status of their shipments. Our web enabled system allows our client to track their shipments on a real time basis. By logging on to our web page the client can see if a shipment has been processed through US Customs whether that shipment received an examination, the type of examination it received and at what time it left the port. Other information available on line is the amount of duties taxes and fees due.
